Our pieces are made and packed with care, so please allow 2–7 business days. However, delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders to proceed.

We ship from several locations in the U.S. and Europe, depending on what you order and where you’re located. This helps us deliver your gear faster and more efficiently.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Definitely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or hit us up and we’ll resend it.
Sometimes delays can happen due to customs, weather, or local postal service hiccups. If your order seems stuck or way overdue, contact us at support@broughtonclothing.com and we’ll help sort it out.
Orders & Payment
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Orders are processed quickly, so we can’t guarantee adjustments to orders. However, if you contact us within a few hours of ordering, we can contact our warehouse to change your order. So if you need to make changes or cancel, email us at support@broughtonclothing.com ASAP and we will try our very best to change your order.
This could be due to a billing address mismatch, insufficient funds, or a bank flag. Try another card or contact your provider for help.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns for size, fit, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Email us at support@broughtonclothing.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll get back to you quickly with a resolution.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Each product has a size guide, be sure to check it before ordering. If you’re in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
